What's Your Favorite Season?

My favorite season is Winter.  It is very beautiful.  All the snow glimmering in the sunlight makes me smile.  Ice hanging from the tree branches and rooftops.  The nice, hot fire to come in and warm up after a fun, joyful time outside, in the cold snow.  Building snow forts and snowmen, and going sledding with Dad.  Winter is a very fun-filled time of the year.

I am extremely happy with the birth of baby Jesus who was born on Christmas Day!  Born to come into the world as a baby, and being born as a king.  Not at all a royal, but as a lowly servant.  Born to save us from our sins.

Christmas is also a time to fellowship!  Not only to celebrate the birth of Jesus, but to fellowship with friends and family.  Opening presents is another joyful time.  It's always a nice tradition to open presents on Christmas Day.

I hope you enjoy Winter as much as I do.  It may not be you favorite, but I hope you look at the Winter season as fun, soothing, and have great thankfulness for what our Heavenly Father did for us in sending His own Son down for us to be born and live on this sinful earth to later die for our sins so we could be forgiven.
